4. Pricing, payment and late payment

Prices are stated in euros and correspond to the scope defined at the time of the quote. Unless otherwise stated, services are invoiced according to the terms set out in the offer provided to the client.

Any late payment may result in the suspension of deliveries, the halting of go-lives, the suspension of technical access or the application of the penalties provided for by the regulations in force.

5. Intellectual property

The content of the kylian-bellegarde.fr website, as well as the mock-ups, texts, visuals, code, structures and deliverables presented for demonstration purposes, remain protected by intellectual property law.

Except in the case of an express assignment or a specific license defined in a quote or a contract, any reproduction, distribution, adaptation or reuse without prior written authorization is prohibited.

6. Timelines, deliverables and approvals

The announced timelines are established based on the information known at the time of scoping. They may be adjusted in the event of a late response from the client, a change in scope, the unavailability of third-party resources or technical constraints not identified initially.

Deliverables are deemed approved after explicit feedback from the client or after a go-live accepted under the conditions provided for in the quote.

7. Liability

Kylian Bellegarde makes every effort to provide reliable information and an accessible site. However, no guarantee is given as to the complete absence of errors, interruption or temporary unavailability.

The site publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages related to the use of the site, downloaded content, an external link or misuse of the information made available.
