Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal data may be processed when you use kylian-bellegarde.fr, why it is processed and how to exercise your rights.

The principles set out here apply to the site and its forms, without artificially broadening the collection.

Limited cookie-free audience measurement

This first-party measurement counts public HTML pages and estimates visits using a daily rotating hash. It stores no raw IP address, full user agent, persistent identifier or individual journey. Google Analytics remains separate and only starts with your consent.

1. Who are we?

The site's address is: https://kylian-bellegarde.fr. The data controller is Kylian Bellegarde. For any request relating to your data, you may use the contact form.

2. Collection of personal information

When you use the contact form, leave a comment or browse the site, certain information may be processed to enable the proper functioning of the site and the follow-up of requests.

  • name, email address, subject and message submitted via the contact form
  • data related to comments if this feature is enabled
  • a one-way fingerprint of the IP address for spam prevention and technical security logs
  • strictly limited cookie-free traffic aggregates with an objection option, and detailed measurement after your consent

3. Comments

When you leave a comment, the data entered in the form and a one-way fingerprint of the IP address may be retained to prevent spam. The raw IP address and the browser user agent are not stored with the comment.

The comment email address is not sent to Gravatar.

4. Media

If you upload images to the site, it is recommended that you do not include EXIF GPS location data in them.

5. Cookies

A strictly limited first-party estimate may count public HTML documents without an identification cookie. The network address is immediately truncated, combined with a coarse device category and transformed into a daily rotating HMAC; the IP address, full user agent and individual journey are not retained.

You can separately object to this estimate on this page. The objection is stored in a technical cookie that is never used as a measurement identifier. DNT and GPC signals are also respected.

Detailed first-party measurement and Google Analytics only start after your explicit consent through the banner. They remain disabled after a refusal, which you can change at any time from the “Privacy preferences” link in the footer.

6. Embedded content from other websites

Articles or pages on this site may include embedded content, for example videos, images or external publications. This embedded content behaves as if you were visiting the third-party site directly.

These services may then set their own cookies, collect data or track your interactions in accordance with their own privacy policy.

7. Use and disclosure of your personal data

The personal information provided via the contact form is used solely to respond to your request. It is neither resold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Some data may, however, pass through technical service providers strictly necessary for hosting, maintenance, spam protection or audience measurement.

8. How long your data is stored

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata may be retained indefinitely.

The data submitted via the contact form is retained for a maximum period of 12 months, except in the case of a legal obligation, commercial follow-up or a request to the contrary on your part. Consented events and daily traffic aggregates are retained for no more than 13 months. Daily anti-duplication hashes expire only a few hours after the end of each day.

9. Your rights

You can request to receive a file containing the personal data held about you. You can also request its rectification, erasure or the restriction of certain processing.

10. Where your data is sent

Visitor comments may be checked using an automated spam comment detection service.
