Showcase site · Real estate
Bonnes Affaires Immo: a tailor-made real estate website to showcase properties in Martinique.

As part of my work as a freelance web developer, I partnered with Karine Anette, an independent real estate agent in Martinique, to build her professional website bonnes-affaires-immo.fr.
The brief was clear: create a modern, elegant and functional platform to showcase houses, plots of land and apartments, while making it easier to connect with prospective buyers.
The project was custom-built with Symfony to ensure a solid, secure and scalable foundation. I handled both the back-end and the front-end, relying on HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Twig.
Beyond development, I also managed the visual production: professional property photography, drone footage and media optimization to keep a premium look without slowing down loading times.
The site was designed as a genuine working tool. Karine can publish, edit or archive her listings on her own thanks to an admin dashboard tailored to her day-to-day workflow.
Scope of work
- Full front-end and back-end development with Symfony.
- Secure back office to add, edit and archive listings.
- Photo shoots and drone footage to showcase the properties.
- Optimization of media, structure and mobile loading.
The challenge
The site had to reassure visitors, showcase the properties and allow simple listing management on the client's side, without compromising performance or the mobile experience.
The solution
- Custom development with Symfony for a stable, secure and scalable foundation.
- An intuitive back office so listings can be managed fully independently.
- Production and optimization of visuals to strengthen the perceived quality of the listings.
The results
- Listings are showcased more effectively thanks to a more premium and immersive presentation.
- Karine has a concrete tool to manage her catalog without any technical dependency.
- Navigation stays smooth on mobile, tablet and desktop, with more visible CTAs.
Property catalog
A clear interface makes it easy to browse listings by property type, location or status, for a smoother search experience.
Visual presentation of properties
Each listing makes use of professional photos and, for select properties, drone video to provide a more immersive preview.
Secure admin dashboard
The custom back office makes it possible to add, edit or remove properties, manage media and update statuses in just a few clicks.
Responsive design
The site was designed to stay equally readable on mobile, tablet and desktop, with clear navigation across every device.
Built-in contact form
Each property can link to a clear point of contact to make conversations with prospective clients easier.
Security and SEO
Server-side validation, access management, content structure and load optimization all contribute to the site's reliability and visibility.

Bonnes Affaires Immo illustrates the way I approach a real estate showcase site: solid technical execution, a consistent visual presentation and a site that genuinely serves the client's business. You can open the final site to judge the result in context or continue with other portfolio projects.
Showcase sites, web products and use-focused interfaces: more examples to compare the approach, the level of polish and the structural logic.
