One page · Front-end interface

Tchat App: a front-end messaging interface recreated from a Frontend Mentor challenge.

Tchat App

Tchat App is a build from a Frontend Mentor challenge, recreated from a static design with HTML and CSS.

The work focuses on composing the conversation interface, the user profile and integrating the supplied visuals to achieve a clean, readable and consistent result.

This one-page project demonstrates my ability to read a design and render it pixel for pixel in HTML/CSS integration. It highlights my rigor on visual detail (colors, margins, typography), my command of CSS layout and my focus on clean, maintainable code, essential foundations for any front-end integration work.

Integration faithful to the design

A reproduction of the messaging interface as close as possible to the Frontend Mentor design: profile, conversation thread and visual hierarchy rendered down to the detail.

Modern CSS layout

Semantic HTML structure and a layout in pure CSS (Flexbox) to align the chat bubbles, manage spacing and achieve a clean rendering, without any framework.

Responsive rendering

A one page designed to stay readable and consistent from desktop to tablet, adapting the composition to different screen widths.
