E-commerce website and online store

I design and build online stores that are fast, secure, and easy to manage, from product catalogue to Stripe checkout and back-office.

All services

I build online stores end to end, from the product catalogue to the moment a customer pays and gets their confirmation email. I've shipped real shops like DronaMada, a drone store for the French Caribbean, and Kava Shop, a multi-category catalogue. My goal is simple: a store that loads fast, reads well on a phone, and that you can run yourself without calling a developer every week.

An online store isn't just a pretty homepage. It's a chain of moments that all have to work: finding a product, reading a clear product page, adding to the cart, paying without friction, and receiving an order that lands cleanly in your back-office. If one link breaks, you lose a sale. I treat that whole journey as a single system, and I test it from the first click to the confirmation email before anything goes live.

I work in the open and I'm honest about trade-offs. Depending on your catalogue, your budget and how much you want to manage yourself, I'll point you toward a custom build, WooCommerce, or another stack, and tell you why. What I won't do is sell you a heavy platform you don't need, or promise conversion numbers I can't back. You get a store that fits your real situation, with code and data you actually own.

Online stores built to sell, and to last

A store is more than a checkout button, so I cover the full path a customer takes and the tools you need behind it. Product catalogue, product pages, cart, secure payment, order management and customer accounts are all part of the same build, wired together so nothing falls through the cracks. Everything is responsive from the start, because most of your buyers will arrive from a phone, not a desktop.

I also build the parts buyers never see but you live in daily: a back-office to manage products, stock and orders, plus clean SEO so your shop can actually be found. Payments go through Stripe, a certified provider, which means card details never pass through your site and security stays manageable. You leave knowing how to add a product or launch a promotion in minutes.

  • Product catalogue with categories, variations and stock
  • Clear, SEO-ready product pages and cart
  • Secure Stripe checkout, card data never on your site
  • Order management and customer accounts
  • Back-office to run products, stock and promotions
What's included

E-commerce work covers a wide range, from a first shop to a store that's outgrown its current setup. I help people launch their catalogue online for the first time, move sellers off marketplaces and onto their own storefront, and rescue existing stores that have grown slow, fragile or hard to manage. Each situation calls for a different starting point, which we settle during scoping before any code is written.

Below are the kinds of clients I typically work with. If your case sits somewhere in between, that's normal, and we'll scope it honestly rather than forcing it into a template. The point is to match the build to your catalogue, your volume and how much you want to handle yourself day to day.

  • A niche retailer launching an online catalogue, like DronaMada selling drones across the Caribbean.
  • A shop with many product types needing a structured multi-category store, as I built for Kava Shop.
  • A seller leaving Etsy, Amazon or a marketplace to own their storefront, customers and margin.
  • An existing store that's slow, fragile or hard to manage and needs an audit, then a rebuild or fix.
Use cases

A store takes in money every day, so I treat reliability as part of the build, not an afterthought. Payments run through Stripe with HTTPS throughout, the full buying journey is tested from cart to confirmation email, and the legal essentials, terms, invoices and consent, are set up rather than bolted on later. The aim is a shop you can trust on launch day and the months after.

I also build so you stay independent. Your products and customer data live in a database you own and can export, the code follows standards another developer could pick up, and I train you to run the store yourself. After launch I stay reachable for questions, fixes and future changes, but the goal is your autonomy, not your dependence on me.

I'd rather build you the right store than the most expensive one, then hand you the keys to run it yourself.
